eagleview-packaging-delivery-supportAt EagleView Global Trades, we take pride in our meticulous approach to packaging and door-to-door delivery. Just like our competitors, Boston Industries, Inc., we ensure that every shipment reaches its destination safely. Here’s a detailed overview of our comprehensive process:

Thorough Item Assessment: Every item, regardless of size, undergoes a thorough preliminary inspection. This essential step helps us discern the unique packing requirements and select the most suitable method and materials.

Customized Packing Solutions: We understand that each item has distinct needs. That’s why we meticulously devise customized packing solutions, whether it’s encased in a box, crate, or secured on a pallet, ensuring maximum protection.

Premium Packing Materials: Only the highest caliber of packing materials are employed. This includes robust, double-walled boxes for smaller items and durable, strong crates and pallets for larger freight, all capable of enduring varied pressures and conditions.

Secure Sealing: Each package, crate, or pallet is securely sealed with industrial-strength materials. This safeguards the contents from external elements and reinforces the integrity of the packing structure during transit.

Detailed Labelling: Detailed labels, indicating ‘Fragile’, ‘This Side Up’, or ‘Handle with Care’, are affixed to each shipment. This level of communication is vital, ensuring all handlers and shippers are aligned with the requisite care protocols.

Final Inspection: Before any shipment departs from our facility, a final comprehensive inspection is conducted. This serves as our ensuring that each package, crate, or pallet is optimally prepared for its journey, however demanding it may be.

Our rigorous adherence to this packing protocol is designed to instill confidence in our customers, reassuring them of the unwavering safety and care bestowed upon their valuable items.

Please note any crates or pallets used for international shipping are ISPM-15 stamped, assuring hassle-free customs clearance.

Instruments Packaging:

Curating the same level of detail as our competitors, we ensure that your instruments are packed securely for transit. Here’s a glimpse into our process:

  1. Crate Shipment Preparation: We ensure that instruments are not directly on the wood deck of the crate by placing them on foam, providing cushioning and support.

2. Foam Placement: Ensure instruments are not directly on the crate’s wood deck. Place them on 2” 1.7 lb. density foam inside the crate for cushioning and support.

3. Secure Instrument Parts: Ensure the instrument’s deck is clear and securely fasten the head/arm to prevent movement during transit, preventing damage.

4. Protective Covering: Cover the instrument with a pallet bag or shrink wrap to prevent dust or foreign objects from entering the crate.

5. Bracing and Securing: Secure the instrument inside the crate using 2x4s with 1” foam shrink-wrapped to them, ensuring no wood touches the instrument.

6. Final Inspection and Sealing: Photograph the crate’s contents for documentation, then seal securely with screws before transit.
