    The Hammertec mill crushes samples, including grains, feeds, and meals, into a fine, homogeneous powder through the high-speed rotation of a hammer impacting the sample. Its innovative design minimizes sample carry-over, ensuring more accurate results and maintaining the integrity of each sample.

    The Hammertec follows key requirements of AACCI, ICC, and ISO methods:

    • AACCI: Uses a 0.5 mm or 0.8 mm screen to produce meal with the following particle size distribution: >500 μm (0–10%), >210 but <500 μm (25–40%), <210 μm (75–50%).
    • ISO: Employs a hammer type laboratory mill fitted with a 0.8 mm screen, allowing the production of a wholemeal product meeting the particle size specification outlined in the relevant standards.
